Anthropozoomorphic mask Dan Diomandé, Ivory Coast / Liberia.

Face with a large nose / muzzle ending in a half-open mouth showing metal teeth, completed by large monkey hair. Round pierced eyes surrounded by sacrificial material. Beautiful ovalization of the face comprising on each side from top to bottom three important incisions, on the top of the mask some ritual remains. Beautiful size of the back, black shiny patina of use.
