Table in natural or black-stained oak. The top is made of fourteen slats; the base has three legs. The special configuration of the top and the arrangement of the legs allow for dynamic and flexible use of the table by a larger number of people than in a traditional configuration.
Created in 1972 for her chalet in Méribel, this revolutionary table differs in form and use from all existing table models and is the perfect synthesis of Charlotte Perriand's art of living. Published by Cassina from 2004.

The entire formal layout, which is anything but elementary, is based on the simple assembly of planks placed side by side.

Partly aligned in parallel directions, partly in delta radial directions, the individual components combine to form a complex structure of unexpected versatility.
The table is thus able to express a wide range of new attributes, which make it usable not only for the usual functions, often realised with little margin of freedom, but also for dynamic use, without code restrictions. For example, the place where the elements are placed loses its traditional position as the centre of the table, which facilitates a more conscious participation of the guests in the communication.
